Neither star, nor cloud

A small cloud refused to act like other clouds to rain and water the plants. She went to Sun and asked her to be one of her following stars. A long time passed. There was a star - looking cloud who neither was a star, nor a cloud, sitting in a corner of the sky feeling pity for herself.
